Sunflower seeds are found growing on [[Sunflower|sunflowers]] located in nearly all warm [[Biome|biome]] regions.  

== Farming ==

Sunflower seeds grow seasonally on [[Sunflower|sunflowers]] and are harvested by hand or by [[Machete|machete]] for maximum yield. If the [[Sunflower|sunflower]] is not harvested after a period of time, the [[Sunflower|sunflower]] will drop sunflower seeds before beginning a new growing cycle. Agriculturally, sunflower seeds can be placed in a block of [[Dirt|dirt]] or [[Compost|compost]] to grow a [[Sunflower|sunflower]] for farming additional sunflower seeds.  

Sunflower seeds can be used to [[Crafting|craft]] [[Oil|oil]] at a [[Press|press]].
