The use of an ownership sign is to protect a 32x32 area.
The purpose of an ownership sign is to protect a 31x31 area in [[multiplayer]]. It must be in place to function, and prevents players other than the sign owner and game/server administrators from changing things in the affected area. It places like a normal [[sign]].

The area protected is centered on the space where the ownership sign is placed and extends 15 blocks up, down, and to both sides.

Once placed, the user can choose the person who can own that area. A list of names of Blockheads players who have joined that world/server will appear when choosing the owner and only one person can own that area.
