I'm looking to update the main homepage. The current one feels quite outdated. If you have any suggestions, please leave them here. If you make any examples, you should be able to make some sandbox pages on your profile, you can link them here too and I'll look at them. I was going to ask the same thing the other day and just ran out of time. It would be very useful to have them and would make things a lot easier. I definitely think a template for an Infobox is a high priority. : Ok, I went ahead and got a Template started for the Blocks. See [[Template:Block Infobox]]. Feel free to expand on it if needed since I wasn't sure what information may be useful on them. It will at least get us started. Anyways I will get some others started in the next few days and hopefully start populating the pages.
