Along with the linen cap, the linen brimmed hat is the lowest form of protection for a blockhead's head in the game. When equipped, a blockhead's environment bar and happiness bar will remain steady and decrease at a slower rate than an unequipped blockhead.

Over time, if a linen brimmed hat is equipped on a blockhead, the hat will slowly degrade and eventually be destroyed.

Where Found

Linen brimmed hats can be created at a level 1 tailor's bench and can be crafted from one linen.

Use

A blockhead wearing a linen brimmed hat is more resistant to overheating under a hot sun, such as can happen in a desert.

Linen brimmed hats are able to be dyed to customize the appearance of a blockhead. Both a dyed hat and an empty bucket will be returned to the blockhead's inventory.
