I'm looking to update the main homepage. The current one feels quite outdated. If you have any suggestions, please leave them here. If you make any examples, you should be able to make some sandbox pages on your profile, you can link them here too and I'll look at them. : I will likely try to work something up soon, writing CSS for MediaWiki feels like trying to build a house with caveman tools though and I don't find UI design fun in the first place, so I'll wait until I'm less tired. Here's some (unordered) thoughts though:

:* Generally reorganize the homepage to be around the blockheads "series" of games, maybe split it into a section for each game.

:* BH2 section should mostly be focused on development news and updates for now

:* BH1 section can be a compacted version of most of what's on the main page now. Ditch the gigantic list of game versions and features though, those should be split out into separate pages. There could be a horizontal toolbar-like list of different article categories to click on (Blockheads, Blocks, Animals, Ores, Food, etc.)

:* Article of the day is probably a bit ambitious for a wiki of this size, particularly with most pages being stubs. I sysadmin a medium-sized wiki with around 800 content pages and we have trouble sometimes keeping up with a page-of-the-month system. Could definitely have some sort of featured articles system though.
