A campfire can be created at a workbench (of any level) for 10 sticks. Campfires have no upgrade.

A campfire can be created at a workbench (of any level) for 10 wood and 10 sticks. The campfire created will be at its lowest level until it is upgraded. A campfire has a total of 2 levels.

A campfire will immediately go out with an empty fuel bar if comes into contact with water. The first time a player makes a blockhead place a campfire, they are awarded the achievement Storyteller. Salt and flatbread were added as of version 1.7.
