I think there should be ways to get injured bad enough to break bones and need surgery, like dropbears and especially cave trolls will cause broken bones. The tools for surgery will have starter tools that need stone, and eventually you can get steel and titanium tools, that will do the surgery faster. normal stone ones will take about 10-20 tc to finish surgery, and need another blockhead. Splints will be used for only one blockhead. titanium will take 5 tc and steel will take 7. Last of all, airplanes will be the harder way to fly but can hold more people, and travel way faster, they will take 30 carbon fiber blocks and 40 steel along with 2 jet engines and at least 10 fuel | |||
